Terms and Conditions

Cae Madog Barn is a 7 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, self-catering barn conversion that sleeps up to a maximum of 16 people.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property, for the specified rental period.
Accommodation provided is for the use of named clients only, and may not be added to, sublet or assigned in any way.
Bookings are from Friday to Friday unless otherwise specified.
Unless special arrangements have been agreed, check in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
We will arrange to meet you on arrival with the keys, and arrange collection at the end of your stay.
Bed linen is provided. You will need to provide your own towels.
No smoking is allowed in the house, on the pool decking or in the hot tub cabin.
Please take note that the barn is not suitable for stag events, or hen nights, likely to cause late night noise or disturbance. This will be chargeable against your deposit. Excessive noise is in contravention of the terms of this contract and constitutes grounds for the immediate termination of the rental with no refund of any payments, including rental fee and security deposit.
Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles only. Extra cars can be parked in the local village car park free of charge.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior notice. Owners must take responsibility for their animals.
Pets must not, at any time, be left alone at or in the property. Pets must not under any circumstances be allowed in any bedrooms or on soft furnishings. You must never allow pets to defecate in areas where children may play. Failure to clean up after pets will be charged to the deposit.

Secure Your Booking

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance will be payable 4 weeks before booking date, or immediately if within 4 weeks, together with Security Deposit.
Cae Madog Barn will provide you with payment details after you have placed your booking.

Security Deposit

A 200 Security Deposit should be made with the final payment.
Providing no damage, breakage or nuisance is caused during the letting period, the Security Deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period. Please allow up to 14 days for receipt.
Damage or breakage claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the cause of fair wear and tear. We urge clients to notify any damage or faults to us promptly, so that it may be quickly rectified.
We expect the barn to be left in a reasonable and clean condition so that it may be quickly prepared for the next guests. This includes: toilets to be left clean, cooker and barbecue to be free of spilled food and grease, dishwasher emptied and all equipment returned to their original cupboards and furnishings in positions as found in a clean condition. If abnormal cleaning is required this may be chargeable against your deposit. Late night noise or disturbance could also be chargeable against your deposit.

Cancellations

To protect against cancellations caused by unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests take out insurance that covers cancellation costs.

If you wish to cancel your holiday booking this must be done in writing.
Non-payment will result in loss of booking deposit.
In the event of cancellation the following charges become payable:

Full refund of monies paid for rental and services will be made only if for any reason not caused by (yourselves) the barn becomes unfit for habitation.
